At Kent Psychic Reading, we believe in providing clear and transparent information before you book a consultation. Please read this Refund Policy carefully.

1. Scheduled Consultations Booked Through This Website

Appointments booked directly through the Kent Psychic Reading website may be cancelled up to 48 hours before the scheduled appointment.

If you cancel at least 48 hours before your appointment, you may choose either:

• to reschedule your consultation; or

• to receive a full refund.

If you cancel less than 48 hours before your appointment, or if you do not attend your scheduled consultation, no refund will be issued.

2. Instant Pay Per Minute Psychic Readings

Instant Pay Per Minute Psychic Readings are provided through an external partner platform: Guidanza.

These consultations begin immediately once you are connected with the reader.

No refunds are available once an instant consultation has started.

3. Third-Party Platform

Instant readings offered through Guidanza, or any other authorised partner platform are subject to the terms, conditions, cancellation, and refund policies of those platforms.

Payments made through these external platforms are processed by the platform itself.

Kent Psychic Reading cannot cancel, modify, or refund payments processed by third-party providers.

4. If We Need to Cancel

If Kent Psychic Reading is unable to provide a scheduled consultation due to exceptional circumstances, you will be offered either:

• a new appointment at no additional cost; or

• a full refund.
